We invite applications for two fully funded postdoctoral positions in our group (https://nodds.khas.edu.tr/) to advance state-of-the-art data analysis. The successful candidates will join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team working at the intersection of dynamical complex systems, machine learning, and computational/mathematical biology.
The positions are fully funded for 36 months through a TÜBİTAK 1001 PhD scholarship (minimum 36500 TL) complemented by Kadir Has University Life Support (18000 TL).
Requirements:
- Strong background in programming, optimization, and machine learning,
- Interest in at least one of the following: systems biology, complex networks, or data science,
- Experience with graph neural networks is a plus.
