We invite applications for two fully funded postdoctoral positions in our group (https://nodds.khas.edu.tr/) to advance state-of-the-art data analysis. The successful candidates will join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team working at the intersection of dynamical complex systems, machine learning, and computational/mathematical biology.
The positions are for one year and extendable for one more year based on the applicant's performance. The positions are fully funded through a TÜBİTAK 1001 scholarship (36500 TL) plus an additional Life Support (18000 TL) by Kadir Has University (in total 54500 TL).
Requirements:
- Strong background in programming, optimization, and machine learning,
- Interest in at least one of the following: systems biology, network dynamics, or data science,
- Experience with graph neural networks is a plus.
